As of July 31, 2026, the statutory right to repair has been in effect in Germany (implementation of EU Directive (EU) 2024/1799). It requires manufacturers to have certain products—including televisions and displays—repaired at a reasonable price even after the statutory warranty has expired, provided that a repair is technically feasible. Loewe supports this right with a nationwide network of authorized retailers and service partners, the use of genuine replacement parts, and transparent information on repair options and costs.

Loewe Technology GmbH is responsible under the Right to Repair.
