No, there is no minimum order value at loewe.tv.
Online registration is not mandatory for placing orders. You can also order as a guest. However, registration offers the advantage that your data is saved and you can track your order history.
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder and verify if your inbox is full, preventing further email reception. If you still haven't received an email, please contact our customer service.
Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping service.
Ordering by phone and email is currently not possible.
It is not possible to change the payment method after your order has been submitted.

The payment deadline depends on the selected payment method:

  • Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Klarna / PayPal (via Stripe or Zaver): The amount will be charged only when the goods are shipped. However, a pre-authorization for the invoice amount will be made.

  • Prepayment (bank transfer): The amount must be fully received in our account before shipping.

  • Zaver (e.g. installment payment or "Pay later"): The payment deadline depends on the terms set by Zaver, which will be displayed to you during the order process.

  • Klarna (Pay later, Pay in installments – via Stripe or Zaver)

Paying by credit card is absolutely secure with us. We work with certified payment service providers such as Stripe and Zaver, who use the latest encryption technologies (TLS/SSL) and 3D Secure procedures (e.g. Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check). Your credit card details are never stored on our servers, but are processed exclusively in encrypted form via secure connections.

The Loewe warranty is 2 years and is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. The statutory rights are not limited by the warranty. Thus, the services from the 2-year Loewe warranty are to be understood as a supplement and not as a replacement for the rights granted by consumer protection law.

During the order process, you can either select the invoice address as the delivery address or specify a separate delivery address.
Standard shipping on loewe.tv is free of charge.
We work with various shipping providers to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. The exact service providers may vary as we always strive to choose the best option for our customers.
The delivery time varies depending on the product, and an estimated delivery time will be displayed directly during the ordering process.
Please do not accept the goods if there is obvious transport damage. If you have already accepted the damaged goods, please contact our LOEWE SUPPORT.

To return an item – whether under the right of withdrawal, due to a defect under the statutory warranty or a guarantee issued by Loewe – Loewe must be informed in advance of the planned return. The customer has the following options for this:

  1. The customer can fill out a return form provided by Loewe on the Loewe website (Return (loewe.tv)).
  2. Visit LOEWE | Support to arrange a return.

To return a purchased product to Loewe – after prior inspection by Loewe or an authorized partner – only the return form must be used or our SUPPORT must be contacted. The original packaging must be used for the return to avoid transport damage.

Any refunds will be made automatically to the account used for payment. If payment is made by invoice or prepayment, the refund will be transferred to the account from which the payment was made. If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be made to the associated credit card account.

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging. Therefore, keep it for the duration of the revocation period. Please return the product accessories with the product. The enclosed form product leaflet serves as a guide.
