Loewe "Click and Collect" reservation conditions

In cooperation with our Loewe partner dealers, we offer you the simple and convenient option of reserving items directly from your chosen partner dealer using the "Click & Collect" function, which is non-binding for you. In this case, we provide the reservation service as a service provider for you and only assume the role of an intermediary. You will only conclude the purchase contract with your chosen partner retailer in the shop.

2. Scope of application

2.1 The following provisions apply to all reservations made using the "Click & Collect" reservation function in Loewe's digital shop window. The reservation function is aimed exclusively at persons of unlimited legal capacity. Persons without or with limited legal capacity require the consent of their legal representative to make reservations.

2.2 We accept reservations for our partner dealers exclusively via the electronic reservation function. Unfortunately, reservations by telephone are not possible.

3. procedure of the non-binding reservation

3.1 You can make a non-binding reservation for the desired product using the reservation form at your chosen branch of our Loewe partner dealer. You will find the contact details of your chosen partner dealer when you enter your postcode within your order form on the "Click & Collect" landing page. In order to make the reservation, we need your name, your e-mail address and your mobile phone number for any queries.

3.2 Immediately after you have made your reservation, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your reservation with your personal reservation number. We will immediately forward your reservation request to your selected Loewe partner dealer for processing. Your selected Loewe partner dealer will then contact you using the contact details provided for the further procedure.

3.3 The product will be reserved for you to collect from your selected partner dealer for a period of two business days. The period begins when you send your online reservation. You can collect the product from our partner retailer within the reservation period using your reservation number and pay on site. The binding purchase contract will only be concluded between you and the Loewe partner dealer in the shop on site.

3.4 If you do not collect the product within the reservation period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In this case, you must expect that our partner dealer will sell the product elsewhere in the normal course of business.

4. Cancellation of the reservation (possible at any time)

4.1 By using the reservation function, you do not make a binding contractual declaration to purchase the reserved product. You can cancel your reservation at any time. To do so, please contact [email protected] or use the cancellation option in our confirmation e-mail.

4.2 If, in exceptional circumstances, the product you have reserved is no longer available from the partner retailer (e.g. as a result of a prior sale immediately after you have sent your reservation), the Loewe partner retailer will inform you of this immediately and arrange a new date for you to collect the product. In this case, your reservation will also be deemed to have been cancelled.


5. data protection

Information on data protection for "Click & Collect" reservations and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) can be found in the data protection information described below as well as in our "Click and Collect" data protection declaration and our general data protection declaration at en/legal/datenschutz.

a) You can make a non-binding reservation for the desired product using the reservation form at your selected branch of our Loewe partner dealer. It is not necessary to create a customer account. You will find the contact details of your selected partner dealer when you enter your postcode within your order form on the "Click & Collect" landing page. To carry out the reservation, we need your full name, your e-mail address and your mobile phone number for any queries.

b) To reserve an item, the following data must be entered (mandatory fields):

⦁ Mobile phone number

This data is required so that we can process your reservation together with our partner dealer. The mobile phone number serves in particular the purpose of being able to reach you at short notice if the reserved item is exceptionally not in stock or, for example, first has to be procured from the stock of another branch of our partner dealer. In such a case, we or the partner dealer you have selected would like to be able to contact you even if you have already set off and can no longer be reached by e-mail in good time.

Failure to provide your data would mean that you would not be able to use the reservation function of "Click & Collect".

c) Your data is first transmitted to us via the reservation form (SSL encryption) and processed there. We will then forward your data by e-mail to the partner dealer you have selected in order to process your reservation. The partner dealer and we store and process the data transmitted by you exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation request. It will not be used for advertising purposes unless you have separately and expressly consented to such further use.

d) The legal basis for the processing of your data in connection with a "Click & Collect" reservation is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lt. b DS-GVO.

We delete the data processed in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or restrict the processing if there are legal retention obligations. This is the case, for example, if you do not collect the non-binding reserved item from the partner retailer you have selected.
