The "my Loewe app" has a convenient search function to find dealers nearby. By entering the personal zip code, the app filters out nearby dealers and provides the name and address of the dealer as well as the telephone number and e-mail. This enables Loewe customers to contact their local dealer in no time at all.
In addition to unique product quality and classy designs, the Loewe brand also pursues a comprehensive service philosophy. The Loewe Customer Care Center therefore supports end-users in all matters and is through the "my Loewe app" now also available directly by mail or phone. In addition, it is possible to find quick answers in the integrated FAQs. Also the access to the official "Loewe Friends Forum" is provided and offers the possibility to get into direct contact with other Loewe friends in order to get individual tips and tricks around Loewe.
The "my Loewe app" is now available free of charge in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Altogether, the offer is available in six languages at the launch: German, English, Spanish, Italian, French and Dutch.
