We can recycle your old device.

Our Loewe service for you: You buy a new Loewe from us and we recycle your old device in a professional and environmentally sound process. Electronics should not be disposed of as regular household waste. They contain important raw materials which can be reused. For the environment, and for us.***

The ordered product will be delivered to the given address within five days of the goods being received by your Loewe dealer, or at an agreed later delivery date. The devices will be delivered all the way to your desired location within your property and set up there. Your Loewe dealer is happy to store the packaging materials for you on request for a period of up to four weeks. Your scope of delivery does not include wall mounting of your device. Unexpected conditions on site may incur additional costs.

A fully functional TV connection is a requirement for installation. Optionally, our Loewe partner can also connect your device to an existing internet connection. If installation in furniture is required, a sufficient opening to accommodate the device must exist. Installation of products by other manufacturers is not included, such as of a PlayStation, Blu-ray player, NAS server etc. If problems occur in relation to products by other manufacturers - such as a defective router or satellite receiver - error identification cannot be performed. Our Loewe partner will exclusively connect the purchased devices using the delivered cables.

How it works: The label on your device will tell you whether your device can be recycled - this should show the symbol of a crossed out wheelie bin. If you would like us to recycle your old device for you, you should tell us immediately when placing your order online. Unfortunately we are unable to add this service later on. Please contact our customer care centre at 09261-99500 for this purpose. We will then send you a return label to your given email address straightaway. Print out this label, package your device, stick on the label and drop off your package at your closest GLS package shop. Done. We do the rest. Please note: your used device must be the same type and quality as your new purchase, meaning its weight and dimensions must not be significantly different. We can accept used devices via GLS up to a maximum weight of 40 kg and a maximum ‘combined girth and length’ of 300 cm (= maximum length + 2 x width + 2 x height, e.g. 90 x 55 x 50 cm, 110 x 60 x 35). If your old device is larger than this, please contact our employees at the Customer Care Centre. They will arrange a collection date with you. Decided against using this service? Environmental protection is one of our objectives. Please make sure to take your old device to your local recycling centre. You can find your nearest collection point on your municipality website or via the free Smartphone app eSchrott. Is your device smaller than 25 cm? We still accept these at the GLS package shops. Simply call our Customer Care Centre at 09261-99500. Make sure to remove any batteries before dispatch and drop these off in one of the green battery collection boxes provided in supermarkets and recycling centres.
