Previously, Loewe Internet radios used the Frontier Smart service to manage Internet radio, podcasts and the favorites portal. However, this service will be discontinued at the end of the year.

This will not change anything for you. From November, the company airable GmbH will take over the provision of services for Internet radio, podcasts and the favorites portal for all affected Loewe Internet radios (klang s).

The changeover will take place automatically in the background so that you can continue to use your Loewe Internet radio without restrictions and free of charge as usual.

The Smart Standradio does not have an integrated rechargeable battery and is designed for stationary use. It works exclusively via a mains cable and requires a socket for power supply. 

Up to 25,000 radio stations and approx. 10,000 podcasts are available via Internet radio, which can be individually programmed.

Our smart radios are designed for wireless use and have modern connectivity options such as WLAN and Bluetooth. This model does not have a classic AUX connection. You can conveniently play music via streaming services, Internet radio or Bluetooth-enabled devices.

Both models support MP3, AAC, AAC+, M4A, WAV, FLAC and PCM. The klang s3 also plays CD-DA, CD-R and CD-RW.

Installation is plug-and-play: all components are preconfigured. Simply connect and get started straight away - no technical expertise required.

The klang m1 requires a current of approx. 1 A at 5V DC to charge. PCs or other devices with a USB socket do not reliably supply the required power. It is therefore essential to use a suitable power supply unit, e.g. from a mobile phone or tablet. These power supplies can usually deliver the required power.

Yes, all models have Bluetooth 4.2 for wireless audio streaming from mobile devices.

With Multiroom, you can play music synchronously in multiple rooms. The Loewe klang mr speakers use DTS Play-Fi, Google Cast, AirPlay 2 or Roon for a seamless multiroom experience.

The Loewe klang mr series comprises wireless active speakers that are ideal for home cinema and multi-room applications. They offer powerful sound, elegant design and smart connectivity.

In addition to the glass touch surface with five favorite buttons, you can control the speakers via the DTS Play-Fi app, the Loewe app or optionally with the Loewe remote control. Voice control via Alexa is also possible.
